Hello, everybody.... ! How's your Sunday going??

Today is all about making space for some things. I am having a clear out day lol. I think i have too much stuff that I don't actually wear anymore. And some things are waaaaaay too big for me. I don't even fit size 6 properly, anymore ITS SO DEPRESSING!!!! But that's for another post!

I have SO MUCH shit that I don't wear anymore, and its just there taking up too much space in my wardrobe. I can no longer bare to look at it any longer!

I go through this stage of wanting to get rid of stuff too often lol. And the worst thing is, while i'm doing this...I will give myself 120 reasons why I should keep certain things that I know deep down in my heart i'll never get to use or wear. I like giving stuff away as I know there will be someone else who will appreciate it and enjoy it just as much as I did, if not more.

I'm not going to lie, I have been singing in front of the mirror more than actually sorting out my clothes lmao. My playlist is just too good!!!!

I need to get cracking before the sun goes home!!

Have a good evening!

SHOES: PRIMARK (I can't find anything similar anywhere, sorry)

Who said dressing a boy isn't fun??? I am loving these spotty chino shorts! And the white shirt goes so well with it. White and toddler don't mix but he promised me not to get it dirty, ha! He's so boisterous, this boy! As soon as he knows he's safe, he will let go of my hand and runs wild. This lead him to fall over, He doesn't really dwell on things. He actually gets over things like falling over and stuff quite fast as i don't make a big deal out of it. However, I need to start carrying around plasters, for days like this lol.

Everyone he came across with today stopped us to tell him how cute he looked LOL, I don't think he knew what was happening as he didn't care the slightest bit. Someone even asked me if they could take a picture of him. Obviously I didn't let them, but yeah, i've tagged everything he wore, if you're interested!

This is what happens when you wake up extremely early,  leave the house-- and go for a long swim.

We were in the pool for the longest time because Lucas is obsessed with water.

He couldn't even stay awake to finish his food. Lol.

What did you get up to today?

Hello, everybody and welcome to another blogpost.

When it comes to having a baby it can either be a wonderful thing, a scary experience or both. I found pregnancy SO bloody hard, and HATED it with all my heart because of the constant sickness and not being able to grow my little human. However, thinking back to my pregnancy now, honestly....IT WAS THE EASY PART. I know, crazy right? Saying that... You still won't catch me pregnant anytime soon, ha!

Your life is about to be changed FOREVER. Embrace the journey. Once your baby is in your arms, he will be the BEST thing that you've ever done.

But before your precious friend for life is born, I wanted to share some tips that I think i should've done more of, instead of spending most of my time being a sloth.

1. Enjoy the silence. Trust me on this one.

2. Enjoy being pregnant, eat whatever you want (as long as it's not something that'll put you and your baby in danger, obviously). You have an excuse, YOU'RE PREGNANT WOMAN!

3. Show off your bump. Don't feel ashamed. You're growing a human!

4. Be happy.

5. Go for long walks on your own.

6. Go to the salon, get your hair done.

7.  Have long candle lit, relaxing baths. You'll thank me for this one.

8. Don't be scared. You will be fine.

9. Hold hands with your partner.

10. Go on LOTS of date nights before you are about to pop.

11. SLEEP. A. LOT.

12. Get your nails done.

13. If you're in doubt, ring the hospital. Safety first.

14. Don't sweat the small stuff.

15. Pack your hospital bag.

16. And last, but not least, wait patiently to hold your baby in your arms. You have so much to look forward to.

Hope you enjoyed this post. Did I forget to add anything else? Let me know!

Don't you hate it when you order all healthy stuff for your toddler, and he just looks at it like "woman, are you serious? I will not touch that shit" lmao. The only thing he ate is the banana, rice, and obviously drank the juice. Definitely pop into Leon restaurant if you haven't been. It'll be up your street if you like healthy, all natural food. It's a cool place, and there is SO much to chose from their menus too! I have only seen them in two different train stations-- London and Birmingham. So if you're ever traveling in either of those stations, GO IN AND TREAT YOSELF!!! It's a cool place, very clean and well...instagramable, LOL!

Is your toddler, cat or dog a fussy eater?

My Sunday thoughts.

If something or someone is making you unhappy... Whatever it is, remove it from your life. Focus on the people who truly like you for you, because you will never make miserable people happy. That is just a fact of life. They will always have something negative to bitch about with their unhappy pals.

This morning,  I took my sisters, my niece and my son out for breakfast. It wasn't stressful at all with two toddlers who are the same age. Nope. My niece is actually well behaved lol. After that we went into town. It was crazy busy, with lots of things going on! The kids even got to do horse riding (on a fake horse, obv)

We then met up with my older sister and her children after a short while of looking around the town centre, because it's officially the summer holidays hayyyyyyyy.

Anyway, she took us to the Think Tank Science Garden Birmingham.  I can't believe I haven't ever been to the Think Tank Science Museum OR the science garden before! I have never been to that side of Birmingham before. IT IS SO CLEAN!!! At least now, one of them is ticked off the list, as that's where we headed to today. The kids had a brilliant time in the garden. There was so much for them to do and learn about.

What a fantastic day we have had. I'm feeling so dead right now. There's only one thing that's slightly ruined my day. I just started the time of the month (no wonder I was more emotional than usual, lol) *tmi* but whatever, it's real life.

I gave Lucas a quick bath, and he's now snoozing away, yay!!!!

How did you all enjoy the glorious sunshine today?

Hello, loves and welcome back to yet another blogpost.

I obviously haven't thought about how hard it's going to be blogging every single day, while tending to the needs of my whiny toddler. However, I made a promise to myself, so I mustn't give up!

Today has been like one of those days where your eyes don't stop clock watching. In other words, it's been a crappy day of parenting. HELLO BED TIME! Ok, no really though-- I'm dreaming of the day my son stops crying about EVERY LITTLE DAMN THING. I swear he's turned into a cry baby, and i'm convinced that he cries MORE than he did when I gave birth to him, i KID YOU NOT. LOL!!!

This toddler stage sort of reminds me of when he was teething. Oh my gosh, that shit was painful. I used to lock myself in the bathroom, and cry on the floor. Which is exactly what I did today.

I keep telling myself that it will get better. It will get better. It will get better. And I am so sure that it will.

Anyway, I don't want my negative day to rub off on you! Hope you had a better day :).

I'm thankful for giving birth to a child who loves traveling as much as I do. He's only been on a airplane once, and that was last month when he went to Denmark. We mostly travel in our own country, and to be honest that's good enough for me, as I know some people who have never left the town that they were born in-- which is so strange to me, like why wouldn't you just get up out of your comfort zone and go to a different city to explore?! (Money is not an issue for them. They just can't be arsed). I get that everyone has their own definition of traveling, but to me... It doesn't just mean catching an airplane and legging it to a different country-- you can also be a tourist in your own country. It probably won't cost you that much either, especially if it's somewhere near by. There's also reasonably cheap train ticket deals on the internet sometimes or if you book in advance, you can also save some pennies.

I can't wait to go on many more adventures with this little human. He's got so much to learn! It's actually funny how much he remembers about the places we've been to. I didn't think he would remember things from last year, but he does. He will talk about it before he goes to bed. Such a little grandad.

I love that he craves traveling, and he's not even 3 yet lol. Little does he know that there is so much more awesome places in the world for him to see.

What's your toddler like when it comes to traveling?

Hello, loves... And welcome back to another blog post.

Before I start, can we just APPRECIATE the HOT WEATHER that we have been getting these past couple of days?!! Holy shit, it's great!!!

Okay, so two things today....

1. I'm going to start blogging for 30 days, and i will take control of my little home aka my blog and be more active on it. I am determined to do it because it's been a goal of mine for a very long time. I think now is the perfect time to start. No excuses!!! I will do my BEST!

2. I put my straighteners away today and decided that I am going to deal with my natural hair instead of always going for the easy way out (even tho it takes me TWO hrs to properly straighten it). The heat has done too much damage not just to my hair, but my scalp, too! I have never really liked my natural hair. Every time i have it out, people start touching my fro' and it just truly makes me feel SO uncomfortable. I am not an animal. Leave me alone!!! Gosh! I will also be doing this challenge for 30 days. I'm calling it a challenge because it really is a challenge to me. I tend to just give up on my hair and run to my straighteners, but i will NOT be doing that this time. I know it in my heart that after 30 days, i will be seeing some improvement, and my curls WILL show an appearance.

If you want to change something, or your situation start now. There is no point in talking about it. Stop waiting for things to magically happen to you, because it will not lol! It would be nice if it did, though! Anyway, let's do this challenge together. Join me on my natural hair journey. I will be updating my hair journey here on my blog.

Are you doing anything to better yourself? Let me know in the comments :)

I had no idea that Vita coconut grove were in town, but as soon as i saw the beach-ey vibes going on, we headed straight towards them, and chilled for a bit. They were also giving out free drinks, who will say no to that? Especially coconut water :)!  Had to let the kid play in the sand too!

I will be back to posting normal. No more excuses. And to all those people who STILL come and visit my blog, i see you... Thank you for sticking around :)!!!

Hope you're all enjoying the sunshine, my laptop and fingers are MELTING typing this post.. So I better go. Speak soon, :)
