Okay so here we go with all the 'NEW YEAR NEW ME' bullshit. I know some people can get a little sensitive when it comes to this, but I just want to say that I do support your goals, and your vision, but why wait until the new year? Why not start now?

There's only 3 days left until January the 1st. If you want to make changes, and your WANT is big enough, start now.

If you want to give up fast food and start eating healthy, start now.

If you want to get a new job, start searching and send out your cv's today. Not tomorrow. Not the day after tomorrow, but now.

If you want to start the gym, go ahead. Start now.

All these excuses you're making in your head as to why you can't start now is only holding you back even more. If you want anything in life bad enough, you'll make everything in your power to get it. Making excuses for yourself is not going to get you any results. Stop waiting for shit to happen, and make it happen.
To be honest with you, I don't really believe in New Years resolution. I don't believe in waiting for a whole year to make changes in my life. Of course I did it when I was younger, but that's because I didn't know any better. Plus everyone else was doing it, duh.

I love setting goals for myself and I need someone to hold me accountable when I'm not achieving them. Someone that cares. That doesn't mean I broadcast it to everyone, I only tell the mister what my goals are, and he holds me accountable. He's VERY good at that. Of course there's some days were I feel lazy, not motivated at all and in a 'can't be bothered' mood but at the end of the day, he cares about my goals just as much as I do. We all need a wake up call every now and then.

If you're gonna make changes in your life, practice what you preach. Don't broadcast it to the whole world because the truth is-- no one cares. People love to see you fail.

Whatever your goals are, just remember that you're not going to get results straight away. So don't give up after a few days later! Especially on the days when you don't feel motivated, that's the day you need to get up and get motivated!

Hope everyone has an amazing 2015 with lots of love and laughter.

Ps. It's really important that you remember 2014 in a positive light, despite of all the negatives that's happened in your life. I promise this post wasn't to offend anyone. That was not my intentions. This is just my opinion.
